Research-based

Research-based

Based on the latest teaming research and methodologies developed by Dr. Brandi Pearce of UC Berkeley, the High Impact Teaming program has been implemented with thousands of individuals and hundreds of teams. It is an evidence-based program that focuses on team effectiveness.

Feedback

Develop skills for a culture of feedback

Our skilled facilitators create a safe space where teams start by speaking openly and honestly about what’s working & what isn’t. Then, teams practice giving and receiving feedback as a capability. Together, teams create agreements for accountability that live on after the training. By developing feedback skills in a safe space and creating agreements that go on, leaders support a culture of feedback and continuous improvement.

Data to illuminate and track progress

The High Impact Teaming pre-workshop assessment identifies strengths and areas of opportunity for teamwork capabilities.  The assessment can be given again in six - twelve month intervals for data-based tracking of team development.

“ I thought I knew how to offer and receive feedback before, but this is a skill that I improved significantly during the workshop.”
